HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Firstly, though you don’t have to, we recommend that you become a ‘ZAMBELLI MEMBER’ as this will make your ordering quicker and simpler. Also we can keep you updated on all our new pieces, special online offers and style news.
To become a member simply go to the login symbol on the top right of the ZAMBELLI homepage and press the symbol to create your membership. It will only take a few moments.
To make a purchase simply browse for the product you're interested in, confirm size and colour preferences where applicable and then click on the button.
When you've completed your shopping, click on "Checkout" and we will guide you through our easy checkout process.
If you are already a ZAMBELLI member we recommend that you login prior to selecting your items as it will speed up your checkout process. If you are not simply go to the login symbol on the top right of the ZAMBELLI homepage and press the symbol to create your membership
Once we receive your order, we'll send you an email notification. You will also receive emails from us when we begin processing your order and when the order ships.
WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO BUY?
Try using our size guides. It will not only give you a good idea of our sizes but there is also a handy guide to measuring yourself so you can be sure to get the right size.
If you do happen to order the wrong size don't worry - just email or call our Customer Care Team on 02 8524 1050 and arrange to swap it for the correct size.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE GOING TO THE CHECKOUT?
Of course, it’s really simple. Just go to your SHOPPING CART and use the ‘EDIT’ icon.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 30 days of your date of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and has not been worn or washed. To return an item, simply follow the procedure on the return slip enclosed with your order.
Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for the value of any shipping costs (in the event these were incurred) for ‘CHANGE OF MIND’ returns.
All returned items should be unaltered, unworn and in good order with the original packaging. Avoid cosmetic marks etc. when trying on your items. Unfortunately, if these conditions are not met, we will return the goods to you.
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I PURCHASED ONLINE TO THE ZAMBELLI STORE?
Absolutely. Any purchase made from the ZAMBELLI’S online store can be exchanged (but not refunded –please use the website instructions for a refund) at our Flagship Store in Balmain.
However, we cannot guarantee that the item you may wish to exchange for your original purchase will be in stock there, even if it is in stock our website, as from time to time these stocks vary. Please feel free to telephone the store on 02 8283 8233 beforehand to check if the item you want is in stock in the correct size and colour.
Please retain your online invoice/receipt as this will speed up the returns process in store.
WHAT IF I’M SENT A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Our online team take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct item, free from any quality defects. However, if you do receive an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement item or refund. Postage and packaging for the replacement item will be free of charge.
CAN I ORDER MY MADE-TO MEASURE SUIT ONLINE?
Unfortunately not, our made to measure suits are only available through our Balmain Flagship Store. There you will be attended to by our Master Craftsman who will ascertain not only measurements but the nuances of your figure and stance.
DO YOU MAKE MADE TO MEASURE SHIRTS?
No, but we have a very comprehensive range of stock sizes from which we can fit the majority of figure types.
DO YOU MAKE MADE TO MEASURE WOMEN’S CLOTHES?
No, our made to measure is for men’s suiting pieces only.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Deliveries within Australia
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. This enables us to deliver most purchases within 7 working days to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metropolitan areas. Obviously items that are travelling further can take longer.
We despatch international orders in the same time as our domestic order. However delivery times will vary according to the countries to which they are despatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase departs that includes a tracking number to allow you to follow your shipment
Please note: that our postage does not include possible taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA?
Shipping is currently free of charge for orders any orders over $99.95. For orders under $99.95 there is a small freight and handling charge of $8.95, plus $1 for each additional item.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Yes. We currently ship to over 44 countries worldwide. If the country you want your order sent to is not on the list below, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the necessary arrangements where possible.

HOW MUCH GST AND DUTY IS CHARGED?
All prices noted in our online store include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current rate of 10%. NB the rate of GST charge is set by the Australian Federal Government and is subject to change.
International orders are not subject to GST and we deduct this at time of checkout.
Please note that overseas orders may be subject to taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICING POLICY?
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our retail and online operations.
Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available either at our retail or online store. If this occurs it will be clearly marked.
DO YOU HAVE AN OUTLET STORE?
Yes. Our Outlet Store details are:
Saturdays only from 10am to 4pm
160 Salisbury Road,
Camperdown NSW 2050.
Our Outlet Store has a variety of first rate garments which are a mix of current items in limited size ranges, end of season items, samples and, in some cases, slight second garments at greatly reduced prices.
NB all transactions with the Outlet Store are separate from our normal retail and online operations. If you wish to return an item purchased from our Outlet Store, please check the details with that store directly.
IS YOUR OUTLET STORE ONLINE?
Presently there are no plans to offer Outlet Store items online. Please see above for full details of location and trading hours.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED AT YOUR OUTLET STORE TO YOUR ONLINE OR FLAGSHIP STORE?
No these operations are separate as is the stock.
You can only exchange an item bought at the OUTLET STORE at the outlet store. This must be done within seven days and you must keep your receipt. Please remember that stock in the OUTLET STORE changes frequently.
